Not to be confused with mainland North Miami Beach, Carlyle Plaza Condominium is actually located on the Miami Beach. Also known as North Shore Historic District, the North Beach Area is an up and coming charming neighborhood that offers so many of the benefits of beach living, without the crowds and traffic of the more populated and touristy parts of the beach.




LOCATION

Located at 7620 Carlyle Ave, Carlyle Plaza is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. The walk-ability of the area means you don’t have to get in your car unless you want to. Everything from Publix to the Cinema is nearby.

RECREATION

You are a 5 minute walk away from feeling the sand between your toes! Relax with the family at beautiful North Shore beach. Play the back nine at Normandy Shores Golf Course. Visit the North Shore Park and Youth Center and get your heart rate up on the baseball field, fitness center, indoor basketball gym, or the outdoor tennis courts. Bring your children to the local playgrounds to make friends. Carlyle Plaza Condominium offers residents plenty of opportunity to work up a sweat or just enjoy the beautiful Miami weather.

SCHOOLS

The neighborhood offers several great local schools from pre-K to Eighth grade that are within walkable distance. There are public, private, and Catholic schools as well. According to GreatSchools.org, our neighborhood has above average schools.
